The pearl of the Adriatic was recently visited by American journalist Jospeh Rosendo who has successfully been making documentaries about travel, foreign cultures and gastronomy for the past 25 years. The seafood restaurant Proto introduced him to the richness of Dubrovnik`s gastronomy. He talked about the oysters from Ston, mussels, white fish and unforgettable wines Malvazija and Plavac Mali.
The Travelscope documentaries have been awarded the Emmy and Telly Awards. Travelscope has been aired on 500 public networks in America and has been seen by over 250 million Americans.
